Our 2024 Graduate Programme is open for applications.

Securing future talent is crucial to our mission and the future of the industry; and our Graduate Programme plays a key part.

Join us to understand how nuclear, through scientific research and innovation, can play a major role in addressing some of the real-life challenges we face; such as reaching net zero, the ability to deliver pioneering cancer treatment and supporting future space missions.

Our two-year Graduate Programme offers the opportunity to join us as a permanent employee in a variety of roles – from technical to scientific to Project Management and Human Resources. With a starting salary of over £36,000, our graduates work on challenging projects, alongside industry experts, to expand knowledge, strengthen skills and develop their career.
