We will collect the following data about you that you provide when completing the survey:

How will we use the data about you?
We will only use your data to contact you about your responses for example to seek clarification or additional information should you be willing to provide such clarification or information.
We may also contact you in connection with future programmes of work. Please contact us if you do not wish to be contacted in this way.
How will my personal data be stored by NNL?
NNL will treat any data provided to us with the utmost respect. Our IT system is certified to ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials. Our systems are monitored for any malicious activity and we will not share your data with anyone who does not have a clear need to know.
How long do we keep your data?
Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we will only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. At the end of that retention period, your data will either be deleted completely or anonymised. Who do we share your data with?
We may share your personal data, insofar as we are permitted by law to do so, with trusted third parties such as IT companies who support our business systems and delivery partners including those helping us to deliver this programme of work.
We will only share the anonymised collated results of the survey with our customer and/or Government. We will not share your personal data with our customer and/or Government.
What are my rights?
You have the right to request a copy of any data about you that we hold at any time and also to have that data corrected if it is inaccurate. To do this please contact d.po@uknnl.com.
