Effective today (4th April 2011), NNL has implemented a new structure to ensure we improve delivery on our mission to provide technical support and advice to customers and our other stakeholders including the UK Government.
We already have the skills, facilities and expertise in the Lab necessary to produce technical excellence. Our restructure is designed to deliver an organisation that is clear and easy to understand both internally and externally and one that focuses ‘end to end’ customer delivery into three specific Business Directorates:
- Waste Management and Decommissioning
- Fuel Cycle Solutions
- Reactor Operations Support
These changes will enable us to continue improving on project delivery and technical excellence while ensuring we have a responsive and effective organisation.
