Notice to NNL Employees regarding Severe Weather

Update for 6th January can be found at:

www.nnl.co.uk/weather

Tuesday 5th January 2010

Given that travelling conditions could be as bad tomorrow, Wednesday 6 January, as today (if not worse), employees are advised  to listen to local radio and follow advice from the Police with regards to travel.

If you do not believe you can tgravel to work safely, then please stay at home. At present, this is likely to be most acute at Chadwick, Harwell and Stonehouse according to the latest weather forecast.

Employees should give consideration to the fact that access to the NNL Portal is limited in number and priority must be given to those who are confined to home as a result of the weather. Anyone who is working on key deliverables near delivery dates who finds they are unable to access the portal should contact Dave Matthew.

Employees who are unable to attend work should - in the first instance - contact their line manager.

If you have contact details for for colleagues who you believe may not see this note, please email/text/phone them advising they check www.nnl.co.uk for updates.
